In Auction the duration should be default to Minutes instead of Hours

Hi All,

while creating an auction, The duration field is defaulted to Hours. Currently in the list we have Days, Hours and Minutes. it is defaulted to Hours. I need to change it to Minutes. can anyone help me how to do it.

Vimal,

These values are units of measure in the Event Duration category. I think this value in the Auction setup defaults to the "primary unit" for that category.

Try changing the primary to Minutes in Units of Measure of Setup>Master Data. make sure the conversin factors now reflect a conversion rate to minutes for hours and days as well.

I have tried that option already but still it defaults to "Hours". I have set the "primary unit" as default for minutes. but still it is displaying as hours as default.
