Improvement of Extended atributes and Buyer responsability in PPOMA_BBP

Dear Colleagues,

We are using extended classic scenario, and everytime when we need to setup a new purchasing organziation and purchasers, we manually need to add the extended atributes and responsabiliy in PPOMA_BBP

My question is bellow:

Since now we have more than 300 and we need to add 5 with each copy paste, is there NO other way to somehow add this with a simple upload or copy paste?

I cannot believe SAP has a window of only 5 rows and since we do not use ranges ( these attributes and responsibility needs to be fixed. someone must have thought of this and improve their work 🙂

If there is any other way can you please guide me through with step by step solution?

Hi,

I am afraid that in standard, you may consider inheriting attributes from organizational node, which would reduce manual efforts.

Also we have some workaround to mass upload attributes for users.
