Impact Analysis Button in BN4L GTT

Hello All,

Could you please tell me how to get Impact Analysis button visible in the FO Events in BN4L GTT Track Shipment app ? Impact Analysis button is not visible even though I have reported delay events and It's showing Running Late.  @ZenonK SAP Business Network for Logistics  SAP Business Network Global Track and Trace

Impact analysis button is only used if you are also tracking other processes, e,g, Shipments, Deliveries and Purchase Orders. Hi Zenon,

I have created the SO-->FU-->FO--> Outbound delivery all of them are visible in GTT , all idoc has been processed successfully, still I'm not able to see the Impact Analysis button in Shipment.

If you have followed the SAP Help guides it should work.  I guess you need to debug the abap extractors and make sure all idocs are triggered correctly and contain good data.  If that fails you should probably create a ticket/case.
