Hi,
I am a bit concerned about the way EBP works in this respect. Could you please give me some more information:
When we create an ettBUY user, you always have to put in an approver for this user. What happens with the approver information, when the approver's id is blocked? Does the information disappear? Is there no longer information about the user's approver in the system?
I am not involved in user creation and have no access to user data. Therefore, I cannot provide you with the required information. Do you have any idea regarding this ?
Looking forward to receive your information in this regard.
Regards.
Pranab
Hi
Which SRM version are you using ?
What i understood is this from the requirement is this ->
No, the approver information when the approver's id is blocked does not gets disappear for old Templates.
But Yes, there is no longer information about the user's approver in the system for further assignments in future.
Please elaborate your requirements, incase you need any other details.
Meanwhile, also go through the following SAP OSS Notes ->
Note 1010970 mySAP ERP enhancement package 2005.1: Enterprise Services
Note 670703 Approval: Document locked by user
Note 948425 Shopping basket changeable although already approved
Note 910632 PREVIEW:Locked approvers are also displayed
Note 685236 BBP_PU 206: Error during transfer of shopping carts
Note 641351 Improvement of Note 622500
Do let me know.

Hi Atul,
We are working in SRM V4.0. My query is suppose an User is creating a shopping cart and he finds that his approver Id is blocked in the System after few days when he didn't obtain the approval from his Manager, then in that case how the system will inform the User about it.
Or in that case the System sends any mail to User?
Regards.
