how to upload delivery address from flat file to sap srm system

Hi Gurus,

If any one has created a custom program to upload delivery addresses to SRM system or have an idea on standard reports which would allow us to do this please advice us.

We need to create 200 delivery address is there any way to create them through mass upload.

Hi,

in standard delivery address will be stored in table BUT020 with its BP number and its address number. The address info should be stored in table ADRC, and in table BUT021_FS, the address type should be filled with SHIP_TO.

in SRM system, you may create ship-to-address/delivery address via trx BBPADDRINTC or go to SRM administration tab to choose the target company where you want to generate delivery address to maintain it.

However no standard report to mass create delivery address.
