Error Replicating Vendors from ECC 6.0 to SRM 7.01

Hello Experts,

I'm trying to replicate vendors from ECC to SRM and after running BBPGETVD transaction I check in SLG1 and I get the follow error message:

Error: Error while creating business partner (BP) Module: BUPA_CREATE_FROM_DATA Supplier: 3100000000

Delivery Service Type ##$#$# is not valid

Can you please let me know of any suggestions?

Please check the note below and check after applying the notes 1742773, 1744486 in SRM and EPR.

Thanks Malay.  We implemented both notes and error messages was resolved.

Hi,

This problem is caused because of the following problem:

The Standard SAP system has this Field in Vendor master:

1.     Go to transaction XK02 (in change mode).

2.     On the 1st Screen - Under PO Box Address Header --> Click on + (Expand the section)

3.     You will be able to see the following Delivery Service Drop down field

    

If your not able to see this Field (that means it is either Hidden or not required) as per the Customization in your system.

For such cases we need to implement 2- OSS notes which we resolve this problem and you will not face this Vendor replication error.
