Error message in SLG1 - No address found for partner function type Ship-To

Hi All,

We are using the plan driven procurement scenario to transfer MRP generated requisitions to SRM 5.0 (extended classic scenario).

The requisition that is transferred through the EXTREQ program fails on its way to SRM.

The error message we see in the outbound queue (SMQ1) from R/3 is "Application aborted due to serious problems" with the status - ANORETRY.

On the SRM side, the SLG1 log shows a hard stop error with the message " No address found for partner function type Ship-To Address" Message no. BBP_PD051

System status INCM is active (Shopping Cart 1000000053) Message no. BS013

The ship to address attribute is already maintained in the org structure.

The configuration for MRP channels is complete and assignment of responsibility to the Purchase group is in place

Has anybody encountered this issue ?? Seeking your help.

Check if your RFC user being used for PDP is in the org. model in SRM.

Yes.. It is assigned in the org structure as part of the MRP channel customisation

do you have account assignment in your PR?

in smq1 do you get message ext. requirement can not be created

it is a limiatation of SAP SRM on direct material.

Hello,

For if it helps someone:

I had the same incidence, extact.

The problem was the organizational model (PMOMA_BBP) for the RFC user, specifically the company was not informed.

Hi,

The Delivery address in the PR in ECC is not complete in order to create the shopping cart.Edit the PR and Provide all the necessary fields in PR delivery address (for eg name1,2, PIN code, region, country etc.. ). Then transfer the PR again.

Hi,

For Direct material PR transfer to SRM, Please ensure that purchasing group has a buyer user id assigned under it and also 'Ship to' attribute is maintained for the buyer. Also attribute dp_proc_ty should be maintained for purchasing group and plant/storage locations need to be assigned correctly.
