DSN - Unicode Requirement

Hi expert,

If our client is not Unicode ready and they would like to implement Ariba DSN, is it possible to use ITK instead of CIG for Ariba DSN?

Hi,

ITK is a tool that is used to upload master data into SAP Ariba apps (such as Sourcing or Upstream ones, Buying and Invoicing etc). ITK is not used for Ariba Network.

DSN is restricted to CIG when it comes to integration.

Commerce Automation offering allows other integration methods outside of CIG, such as custom ones (cxml integration etc).
