Custom Condition Types created is not considered by system while calculating Total value

Hi Gurus,

I have created custom condition types in SRM pricing (E.g: Freight, P & F etc.). Also maintained the condition types in Calculation Schema and Condition Groups.

On using in RFx response, i'm able to add the conditions to item or Header level and also able to give input in % and Value. But when Checked using "Calculate Value" or in Comparison sheet ,custom conditions values are ignored.

Suggestion are requested to resolve the issue.

Does this issue only happen in customer condition? How about the standard ones?

Yes, issue happens only in Customer Conditions. Standard Conditions are working fine.

I have checked the suggested SAP Note 1969432 but it does not resolve the issue.

Any other suggestion to resolve the issue.
