CPPR : Error in Remote Function Call

HI All,

I have configured the CPPR as per the SAP standard documentation. Badi is also activated correctly.

Rfc's are working fine in between the SRM and ERP system.

But in the Portal when the user Navigates to the Purchasing --> Purchasing Documents --> System gives a Error message stating Error in Remote function call.

Note this Error is happening for PR only. System is able to Fetch the PO details properly and they are opening in the POWL.

The Error comes with the PR querry only.

We have checked the Portal Iviews also. That are mapped properly.

Also , In the System landscape table the System are define correctly with the correct alias and other details.

We have checked almost every option but not able to figure the cause of the Error.

Can anyone help me out here.

Thanks for your support in advance....!!

Thanks & Best Regards,

Rahul

Hi Rahul

How did you resolve your error.?

1. Log on to SAP Enterprise Portal with a user that has the role

SAP_SRM_ERP_OP_HARM

assigned and navigate to the work center, Purchasing (Harmonized).

2. Create Purchase Requisitions that contain Service and Standard

items (the item category is u2018Du2019 for service items, and blank for other items).

3. Navigation path to reach Enterprise Portal CPPR: Purchasing 􀃆 Purchasing

Documents 􀃆 Purchase Requitions

4. Search and Select the Purchase Requisitions created in Step 1 and select u2018Start

Collective Processingu2019.

Technical User for PI Communication

For the new Enterprise Services the technical user assigned in the communication channel used within the Receiver Agreements must be assigned to the Organisation Management in SAP SRM and must have the following roles assigned in SAP SRM:

/SAPSRM/EMPLOYEE

/SAPSRM/OP_PURCHASER

This user must be used at least for the following inbound Enterprise Services in SAP SRM:

PurchaseRequestERPSourcingRequest_In

RFQRequestSUITERequest_In

It is recommended to create this user as a service user instead of a dialog user.
