Contract workload reassignment

Hello Everyone,

We are using SRM 5.0 with ECS.

I am unable to reassign some contracts using workload reassignment. What should I check for these contracts ?

We need to reassign these contract from one person's name to another.

CONTRACT work load assignment is possible for purchase group like shopping cart.

are you trying to change responsible person for the contract in the change mode OR are you doing via WORKLOAD Distribution?

What is the error you receive?

Hi Muthu ,

My customer (SRM 7.0) has the problem that the creator is not the user which is later responsible for the contract maintenance. So I would like to know what are the possibilities to change the responsible user. Is this possible before the approval process has started so the newly assigend responsible person gets all the workitems...
