Check Payment status in SUS

Hi Experts,

Invoice has been posted successfully in ECC.

When the " check payment status " is clicked in SUS, it tries to get the invoice status from ECC.

I get an error dump - "For object EBPP_EVENT , number range interval 01 does not exist "

Do I need to define the number range interval in ECC for retriving the invoice status in SUS.? We are on SRM7.0

Please advise.

Hello,

You need to make the Payment thro' the Payment run in the Backend Acctg system ( ERP).

Only then the SUS Can bring out the details of Payment.

Can you pls check?

Issue resolved.

you need to define the number range for the object - EBPP_EVENT in backend.
