Budget hyperlink

Hi Guys,

I'm facing problem with the 'Budget' hyperlink in SRM. In one of our development client I can see the budget link. when I click that it can show the budget.

But in another client, I'm unable to see the BUDGET link. Can anybody tell me what is the problem?

Hi Denashish,

The hyperlink display is controled through authorization in transaction PFCG for the user role.

Hi Yann,

Can you please let me know which authorization object. As I'm using standard SAP roles (SAP_BBP_STAL_MANAGER and SAP_BBP_STAL_EMPLOYEE)in both the clients, I'm quite puzzled.

In the approval screen (BBPAPPROVAL), I can't see the reject and approve buttons. Now I've to go inside and choose approve and reject at the item level. I suspect this is also because of authorization.

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi,

This can be controled with the authorization object BBP_BUDGET (authorization for budget display).

Two possible values in PFCG:

03 For the overview display (via RFC from the CO system)

28 For the detail display (via BW report)

So modify needed profiles with PFCG to delete those authorizations.

For the APPROVE/REJECT buttons to appear in the witem,maintain in tcode SWL1 Attributes EC_DECISION and EC_MAIL .
