ASSERTION error when REJECT the Shopping Cart in Detail mode

Hi Experts,

We are facing a problem with the Process controlled workflows when we try to REJECT shopping cart in Detail mode. It is working fine if we select the item from the inbox and click REJECT.

Please find the attached dump file and do needful.

The error is:

"action SUBMIT is not allowed in TX mode DISPLAY"

Thanks for the response!

The error message is correct, but once the approver click on the DETAILS button from the Inbox he will be able to see the details of Shopping Cart and APPROVE/REJECT buttons are enabled for the user to perform action. When the approver click on APPROVE, its working fine, but throwing error when click REJECT.

And I also see the SAVE button enabled in this same DETAIL view(Display mode).

Do we have any SAP notes related to the corrections.

My system config is:

SAP_BASIS 740 0011 SAPKB74011        SAP Basis Component

SRM_SERVER 713 0009 SAPK-71309INSRMSRV SRM_SERVER

SRMNXP01 100 0007 SAPK-10007INSRMNXP01 SRM Add-on New Experience

Decision Type selected as "Decision for entire Document"

More Details:

We are getting the below error when approving or rejecting  Purchase order and Shopping Cart using APPROVE/REJECT buttons in Display/Details mode, but working fine if approving or rejecting from Inbox.

I have configured the process using Transaction code      /SAPSRM/WF_PROCESS.

Purchase Order.

Shopping Cart:

Badi implemented for the Agent/approver determination is /SAPSRM/BD_WF_RESP_RESOLVER​
