Ariba Sourcing Event Messages

When an event message is read by a supplier you can see who it was "viewed by" is it possible to see when they viewed it e.g Date/ Time

It should be visible in the History of the workspace/event

Unless it is a setting we haven't enabled we are unable to see to see anything relating to messaging in either. it is all held within the messaging area of GS. If you could show me an example that would be great.

If you open your event in GS, at the top right corner next to "Close" button you will see 3 dots. Click there --> View Options --> View Audit Log.

I realised there was a default log type filter of "systems" stopping me viewing these. thank you
