ARIBA SLP: Qualification error

Hi,

when I want to qualify a supplier in SLP (Supplier Lifecycle Performance), I get this error:

"No Matching document for category and region selected"

I have already checked this error on SAP Ariba connect, however the solution that they are proposing, is not working. They say you have to check whether the supplier organization is active, and it is.

Does anyone has any idea why I get this error when I want to qualify a supplier?

It means that your qualification template doesn`t have any modular questionnaire templates with defined region/category. In order for the questionnaires to be pulled into the qualification or SM Process flow, you need to set on the questionnaire template level commodities/regions/departments. You can check more documentation at help.sap.com on how to set up qualification process or SM Process flow.

Hello,

This error could also be caused if your qualification template is an out-of-the-box template with no content in it. Check if the questionnaire in the template being used contains content and create a new version if it doesn't.
