Dear SAP ARIBA Practitioners, I am not clear on the relationship between the expiration date of a process and the expiration mode specified in the questionnaires connected to the process. Can you point me to some references for further reading? Thanks, kind regards

Hello,

The Process expiration allows the Process initiators to setup an expiration schedule for the process. Example if you are Qualifying a supplier in a Region and (Or) Commodity combination, the Process Initiator can define the Expiration Frequency and Offset.

E.g., Expiration frequency = Month, Offset = 3. Thus, the Supplier qualification will expire in 3 months after its status decision is made by the Decision Maker.
