Hello all,
We have some purchase orders in "Ordering" status and they have no Order ID or History, therefore we cannot identify the error. Supplier master data is OK and there is no visible error. What can be the source of this problem?
Thank you,
Ece

Hi p.ecetasli,
"I was checking daily the second path (the transaction tracker from the CIG) and comparing the number of document types "PurchaseOrderExportRequest" and "PurchaseOrderAsyncImportPullRequest". There are mismatches of these document type's numbers and the number is the same as the Ordering POs with no Order ID. But I could not get the problem sourcing from there." -
Are you telling me that you are able to see for some Purchase Orders the document types "PurchaseOrderExportRequest" and "PurchaseOrderAsyncImportPullRequest" in CIG? and some of the PO's have come to Ordered state in P2P.
This is the case only for few PO's where you are able to see the document type "PurchaseOrderExportRequest" and not its corresponding "PurchaseOrderAsyncImportPullRequest".
If this is the case then the parameters which I have mentioned neednot be enabled. To find the parameters however the path is Click on "Advanced" --> "Customization Manager" --> "Parameters". Search for Application.Messaging.Channels.WS.CIGEnabled and Application.Common.AsyncIntegration.
To update the WS namespace, it is Data Fix Manager --> Update WS Namespace --> Provide "urn:Ariba:Buyer:vsap" in New Namespace field
Your investigation should be now in ERP for these missing PO responses.
In ERP can you check SRT_MONI(with sender interface name: ERPToAribaBuyerResponse_Async_Out and receiver interface name: BuyerPurchaseOrderCreateRequest_Async_In), SLG1(with object name: ARBCIG_PROCUREMENT and subobject name: PURCHASE_ORDER), ST22(for any dumps)
"In the Integration Manager, not all the tasks are enabled. For example Purchase Order Async Export is disabled, that's why I cannot check the web service status for that task from the first path you provided." - This statement is a bit confusing to me. If you are able to see some PO's of your realm in CIG then the event "Export Purchase Orders Asynchronously" should have been CIG enabled. Please check this in "Integration Manager" --> Cloud Integration Gateway.
Thanks,
Narasimha
