Add customer fields on PO overview screen

Former Member

Dear Experts,

I want to add a customer field on Purchase order's overview tab as shown below:

Furthermore, I also want to add some fields in Purchase order's Notes and Attachment tab.

Is there any standard structure through which we can add such fields on a portal screen or to use WebDynpro component is the only option?

Thanks,

Rupesh

Hi,

As Ricardo mentioned you need Enhance View V_PO_DOFC_OV_GN_HD in

/SAPSRM/WDC_PO_DOFC_OV_HD .

please share if you got solution apart from mentioned.

Hi,

Create the fields like at header level in structures

INCL_EEW_PD_HEADER_CSF_PO

INCL_EEW_PD_HEADER_CSF

Then create an enhancement point in WD /SAPSRM/WDC_PO_DOFC_OV_HD.

Add the attributes in the context node OVERVIEW using the wizard and add the fields and labels manually in the layout.

Regards,
Ricardo.

Hi Rupesh,

for adding customer fields in PO header level refer below

Field configuration in SRM 7.0 - Supplier Relationship Management - SCN Wiki

just you need to follow personalization--- Define customer fields on header level---

choose option --Append for Customer Fields on Purchase Order Header.

for notes and attachments.

Hi Venkata,

Thanks for your prompt reply, but my requirement is to add a custom field at OVERVIEW screen and not at Header screen.

I have added a field at header level and am able to see the field at the Context level and also at portal. But I am unable to find the field at the Context of Overview tab.

Also, for notes and attachment tab, the link you provided is very helpful but I did not get the value text id which I should provide under text schema.

Regards,

Rupesh
