Want to know the latest updates in SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway for suppliers? In Q1 2018, we’ve added additional functionality to self-service, internal error categorization to improve troubleshooting, and document support for the Oil and Gas, as well as the Retail Sector.

RELEASE HIGHLIGHTS

Advanced Tooltips and New Help Framework

We’ve added more self-service opportunities to deliver advanced tooltips that provide guidance when incorrect values are entered within fields. We've added functionality to the Help Framework with new field and screen level help which allows you to seek help for each field within the page you are navigating on.

Smart Error Management

Following our last update, the errors identified by our support teams, specifically the transactional and communication error messages, have been internally categorized and will now point you to the specific field error (i.e. within your payload) to ease troubleshooting the issue.
