User ID Transferir para a nova empresa

Boa noite

Preciso transferir a certificação que esta no meu user ID 0022048640 associado a empresa Capgemini para o user ID 2006278276 associado a empresa Wipro. Qual o procedimento por favor?

Eu tenho o login e senha de ambos os user IDs porem não consigo desvincular o 0022048640 pois ele envia e-mail para a antiga empresa o qual não faço mais parte

I need to transfer the certification from my user account associated with my former company, but I’m unable to do so and haven't found any material showing how to do it. What is the procedure, please?

I have the login and password for both user IDs and can update my details, but there is no option to change the company (unlink).
