THR83 Practice system - error when click on Candidate

I'm going through the self paced exercises in THR83 - Recruiter experience.  When I click on the Candidates section (yellow)

It gives me the following error

If you face any issues during enrollment or practice in the learning system, you can request help at any time by access our Practice site 
There you will find on the right hand side the Contact Us icon - see screenshot enclosed for visualization

Please click on it and choose the communication channel that fits best.
If you request technical assistance and enter a support ticket, please provide the following information in your message:

• Course identifier and collection code or system release
• Contingent Code
• Training system ID
• Your user ID (name) and e-mail address
• Detailed description of the issue with screenshots and any notification e-mails to help the support colleagues better understand the issue
