How do I subscribe SAP learning whole package through equal monthly installment payment (EMI) option for a year, inclusive of exams fees?

Is there any financial help available for dependents on parents?

If possible, then directly mention web link of subscription page.

To access the guided, premium learning resources, you need to have either an SAP Learning Hub or SAP Learning Hub, partner edition (available only for SAP partners) subscription.
