SAP certifications for E2E RCA, change management

I wanted to find out if the skill sets required for implementing E2E RCA and Change management really require training and certification. I am being asked to do it.

Is this a hot skill set to acquire, are many people implementing RUN SAP for Support.

Hi, yes, its going to be a hot skill considering the facts about the Run SAP and the tool being under the methodology is the Solution manager. It provides functionality and support operation tools that will assist in operations of large sap solutions quickly and efficiently.
