Our SAP expert @omar-sharaf  recommended to access the Implementing SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition learning journey where you also find the corresponding certification: SAP Certified Specialist - Implementation Consultant - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition.
This certification exam validates that the candidate possesses the core knowledge required to support SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition. It is designed for the Implementation Consultant & Project Manager who needs to prove that he/she has an overall understanding and in-depth skills of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition and can participate in his/her role as a member of an implementation project. This is an entry level certification.
Please note: To prepare for this certification, it is necessary to take the Learning Journey Exploring SAP Cloud ERP in addition to the Learning Journey displayed under "How to Prepare."

I am looking to prepare for SAP Project Manager Certification. There are two options; 1) C_ACT_2403 and 2) E_ACTAI_2043. For both, it shows I need to Prepare for ACT100 and ACT200. So what is the difference between the two certifications?

Hello, I'm preparing for the same certificate. You can definitely find mock exams online. Just Google the title with "mock exam"
