Leaning System - Issues with the boarding Module

Dear community, dear trainers,
I am new to the SAP world and unfortunately I have problems implementing the boarding module in the Learning System (THR97).
For example, the names of the onboardees are not displayed in the dashboard.

Also, the boarding program is not rolled out correctly, even though I created the business rule correctly.

In addition, I have other problems. 😅

Can anyone help me?

If you face any issues during enrollment or practice in the learning system, you can request help at any time by access our Practice site https://practice.learning.sap.com/#/my-systems 
There you will find on the right hand side the Contact Us icon - see screenshot enclosed for visualization

Please click on it and choose the communication channel that fits best.

If you request technical assistance and enter a support ticket, please provide the following information in your message:

• Course identifier and collection code or system release
• Contingent Code
• Training system ID
• Your user ID (name) and e-mail address
• Detailed description of the issue with screenshots and any notification e-mails to help the support colleagues better understand the issue
