C_PM_71 - Do I need to know Agile ASAP?

Hello,

I'm planning to write an exam for C_PM_71. However, I'm wondering if I should know not only Standard ASAP 8, but also other variants?

Can you tell?

Hi Pavel,

Yes, you should know all variants. For your convenience, the numeration of Deliverables (left menu) is continuous between different flavors of ASAP. For example - you may notice that in Agile ASAP there are deliverables 2.15 and 2.16. But they are not present in Standard ASAP because "Baseline Build Plan" and "Baseline Build" relevant only for Agile.

No problem, I also passed the exam couple of weeks ago in Waldorf - biggest impression was a free lunch in the canteen
