Assignment of „SAP Learning reporting user“ and/or „SAP Learning reporting admin“ role(s)

Hi, I hope I find an answer this way. Who to get in touch at SAP in order to get the roles „SAP Learning reporting user“ and/or „SAP Learning reporting admin“ assigned?

The reason is to get the corresponding reporting capability access on learning.sap.com.

Hi Florian,

you are correct. it's handled via support requests.

Customers with less than 100 licenses can simply raise a new support ticket. 

Customers with more than 100 licenses can nominate additional analytics users via their standard user upload file processes and flag additional users as reporting users.

Please note that the number of analytics/admin users is limited to max. 15% of your license quantity (documented in the LH product documentation).
