APO Resource Tab not found in Create Workcenter Capacity Header screen?

I am currently teaching the SAP SCM for our MBA Students.  However, I am facing a challenge in performing the Section 1 exercises Prepping the Master Data in SAP ERP. In page in no 28  while updating the data for Create Work Center Capacity: Header we could NOT find the APO Resource Tab in our System.  I am enclosing the screen shot for your reference.  Hence we are not able to enter the data relating to APO.

We are accessing the data-set from SAP-UCC at QUT, Brisbane, Australia.  The SAP ERP system is ECC604SCM-03 and 04 (system ID: MC1) and the SCM system is SCM7-03 and 04 (system ID: SC1).

Please advise whether we are working on the right dataset? Will it affect the testing of Section II (Integration of master data between ERP and SCM) and III (SNP in SCM)?

I got the solution myself to bring the APO resource tab.  The settings for APO under external capacity was not done in the system which we are using.  I set it in transaction code CFC9 and it worked.
