What is the difference between C_TAW12_70 and C_TAW12_71 and C_TAW12_731?

The difference is in the Netweaver Release (7.0, 7.1 or 7.31).
There wouldn't be much difference between the tests, but it might be best to go for the one you are most familiar with.
