Digital Transformation: Are You Ready?
The ongoing digital transformation is creating an ever-expanding variety of opportunities for organizations and employees who know how to take them. The key is, of course, the knowledge and skillsets necessary to thrive in our new digital environment. This is where the first step towards success presents itself: recognizing the extent of your or your organization’s digital skills gap and how to close it. Continue reading here to find out how knowledge fuels digital transformation and what SAP is doing to provide a holistic offering of the latest solutions which are on the cutting edge of this transformation concurrently with the education and training necessary to properly leverage them.
Important: Browser Updates Required!
The Training and Certification Shop will no longer be accessible to internet browsers that do not support the encryption standard TLS 1.2. If your browser is up-to-date, then you will not have any issues. Explore your browser settings and look for the “About” or “Version” area to find out what browser version you are using. If you are using an outdated browser, click here to see a breakdown of supported browser versions and confirm the version you are using will be TLS 1.2 compatible. If you are on a private computer, update your browser at the publisher’s web page as soon as possible. Those browsing from an employer’s PC should contact their network administrator before updating.
Support Channel Update
We have simplified the technical support channel for customers of the private cloud version for the professional and user editions of SAP Learning Hub: e-learning@sap.com is now available for all named users of the private cloud version! In addition, we are going to retire enterpriselearninghub@sap.com by June 30, 2016. All administrators can now use learninghub.admin@sap.com for service requests such as user creation, user role change, reporting, password reset for administrators, or any other technical question that an administrator has regarding SAP Learning Hub.
Over 300 Courses: SAP Live Access
The number of courses available in the SAP Live Access environment has exceeded 300. This means there are more opportunities than ever to get hands-on practice with a live, fully supported system. Click here for more information about SAP Live Access and how it can help you confidently apply the knowledge you have acquired with SAP Learning Hub in a real-world system.
