In April 2013, the ERPsim Lab at HEC Montreal, Quebec, Canada announced the 5th International ERPsim Student Competition. Students from around the world were invited to register in teams of three, to demonstrate their ability to manage a virtual company with a real-life SAP ERP system. Business Intelligence is part of the competition, and students are able to use a SAP Crystal Dashboard that is especially designed for the Logistics Extended Game.

Ten finalist teams from around the world have now been selected based on qualifying rounds. Congratulations to these 10 teams, who now have the opportunitity to compete in the final round in June. Good luck to all the student teams, and thank you to their professors who have helped them learn about business process management using SAP ERP and the ERP Simulation Game.

The final will be a live online event on June 12 during the 2nd ERPsim Academic User Group Meeting, during which faculty will be attending Level 1 and Level 2 ERPsim seminars (more details on the User Group available at http://erpsim.hec.ca/en/UserGroup).
