SAP University Alliances and SAP HR together joined one student activity at East China Normal University on Nov.6th of 2013. The activity was planned and organized by fresh and sophomore students from school of software engineering. The objective is to help the junior students get more insights of how to prepare teir resume and interview. Total 90 students and 4 faculties attended it. SAP introduced the company’s profile; regular talent needs; requirements for talent acquisition; employee’s welfare and shares the valuable knowledge on how to prepare resume and interview. In the last session, a simulated interview was taken place for several students. To these junior students, it’s really good experiences that learn from the exercise combined by both theory and practice.
