Dear Utilities Community,

Utilities face the challenge of providing sustainable, reliable and affordable energy and delivering good service to customers. This change requires the development of new solutions and products. Wouldn't it be great if you could include your ideas on what features and functions the new products should have. And besides this you could build a network to other SAP customers and partners. And that's exactly where our SAP Customer Engagement Initiative (CEI) comes in.

SAP Customer Engagement Initiative provides early insights into new SAP product development. This is an opportunity for you, as our customers and partners, to provide feedback, input, and ideas at the early stages of development

An exciting opportunity to influence SAP has begun with the third cycle of the 2022 SAP Customer Engagement Initiative (CEI).

The SAP Customer Engagement Initiative enables you as an SAP customer or partner, to get early insights into SAP’s product developments and directly work with the developers to define and shape future product directions. The projects will be open for customer registration until November 18, 2022, just an S-User is required.
