Dear Utilities Community,
The year is drawing to a close and before the holiday season gets underway, we would like to share some SAP utilities-specific information with you. This year was defined by many highlights.
In January, RISE with SAP was announced, the value framework which simplifies the transition to the Intelligent Enterprise, and in February, we launched a new Customer Connection project to incorporate your improvements to our solutions.
In May, the International SAP Conference for Utilities returned as a virtual event.
SAP launched SAP E-Mobility in September, a cloud-based solution to set up, operate and manage charging networks for electric vehicles.
In November, we held our second SAP Partner Utility Week, which we report on in detail in this newsletter.
We have also launched trials for you to test drive SAP S/4HANA Utilities, SAP Utilities Industry Cloud and SAP Cloud for Energy.
Finally, we had many success stories for which we would like to express our sincere thanks to our customers.
The SAP Utilities team is very grateful to be a part of this very special utilities community, and we look forward to providing you with all the news next year.
