WG21 - "Material group hierarchy level" and "Characteristic profile" fields

At WG21, there exist "material group hierarchy level" and "characteristic profile" fields. Can anybody send document about these fields? How do we create the master data / make the customization? Also can anybody tell about the usage of these fields?

Hello,

Material group hierarchy levels are created/changed using CLW1/CLW2. They link merchandise categories to higher levels such as class, department or division.

Characteristic profiles are created/changed using CLWE/CLWF. These profiles comprises of characteristics used in Variant articles.
