Hi
Log into your site WB01 create or WB02 change mode.
In the above you would find a button "supplying site". It is where you specify the site.
supplying site is a DC. A DC can supply to another DC
A DC can supply to a retail store.
supplying site should always have vendor master created, then only supplying site will be accepted. make shore you specify the proper dist chain so that the supplying sites specified are accepted.

A Vendor is mandatory assigned to a DC during Site creation.
Also you can maintain supplying sites on mat.grp level (WB02 => material.grp => mark one entry and push the button "supplying site"). You can maintain for each material group supplying sites. Each supplying site can have an own range of validity and a unique priority.

You can create a Site through T-code WB01.
Next is upon you how do you treat this site in different operations.
Usually, Distribution Centers are selected as supplying sites for receiving stores. However, in few cases Stores can also work as a supplying site.
