Jointly with TA Cook, SAP will host from April 2nd - 4th the
International SAP Conference for Oil and Gas in Milan. It is SAP ´s flagship global event for partners, customers and the entire industry ecosystem. On the ocassion of the event, pre-conference workshops are conducted.

From Conceptualization to Realization
During this half-day interactive workshop, you will get an overview of the latest oil and gas industry trends such as
Going Beyond the Barrel to grasp new revenue opportunities,
Products and Service Digitalization that implies optimization and automation execution for touchless transactions, and
Ability to Compete as an Ecosystem by digitizing assets and humans.
Moreover, you will learn how to tackle business challenges in the oil and gas industry by tapping into new technologies, including SAP® Cloud Platform and SAP Leonardo technical capabilities. The experts will articulate the business value of the Intelligent Enterprise – SAP’s flagship overarching solution that enables companies to reimagine entire new business models. You will be able to see how it is possible to craft an innovation roadmap to achieve business value and assess your digital readiness.
This workshop includes:
- Group discussion of oil and gas digital use cases, including value share
- Comparison of the digital readiness
- An overview of SAP Cloud Platform and the SAP Leonardo industry innovation kit for Oil & Gas
- A session that tells the participants how to create digital business models and convert them into enterprise architecture
