Sapphire is a great time to refocus and reconnect with customers and partners. It is a crazy, buzy week - every day is scheduled with meetings, sessions and presentations. Every night is scheduled with, well you know nightly entertainment...
I use this time to meet up with folks that I 'converse with' routinely throughout the year, but conversations today tend to be electronic. So, I try to take the time to grab the extra cup of coffee, to have that one last call, and to spend those precious minutes, with people that I socialize with electronically. Nothing is better than face to face time, and we get so little of it.
So, if you see me running around next week in Orlando (by the way, I don't run anymore, but that's another story), please stop me in my tracks and say hello. If I can help you, I will. If I can't, I'll tell you that I can't and I'll find someone who can.
