Hello @Stella,
I just tried to add another email to my UID account. When I got to the screen you show in your screen shot, which shows the unlinked accounts, I had to click on the "Linked" tab first, then go back to the "Not linked" tab, before the blue "Link" button appeared on the lower right.
Hope that tip might help you get your accounts linked.
Regards,
Audrey

I asked sso@sap.com to relink one of my already linked P* accounts to a different email domain and it worked.

I am here with the same problem. No idea if I actually can take an exam or not.

Hello,
I have exactly the same problem. In the Certification Hub said that you have to link 2 emails accounts with different domain. My main account is "gmail.com" but I tried to added an "outlook.com" and get the same issue (The 2 linked emails are gmail, so I guess that is why I am getting the error message).
I had created a ticket one week ago and still in progress.
I only want to take my exam and get my certification!
Thanks in advance.

Hi Stella,
Did you able to solve this problem?

This is how I resolved it for myself.
Go to learning hub > Click on login > At the bottom of login form click 'Register' > use an alternate email address (Use a personal email address in your "Not linked" tab.
After that I logged to Universal ID manager and voila the "Link" option was available.
