unable to upload pictures in a scn document

I am currently unable to upload any picture to an SCN document that I am currently writing.

I can't post a screen shot since the same problem occurs here.

Immediately when I open the "insert image" dialogue the button for insert gets gray.

It also remains gray after I have selected a picture via the browse button from my local desktop.

Any idea what's wrong here ?

Hi Andre.

I had the similar issue before. what i did was:

1.cleared cache

2.restarted the browser

and it did work.
