Two-Factor issues are handled by different teams depending on the access URL you are trying to use. If the issue occurred on SAP ID Service (accounts.sap.com), please contact the SAP ID Service team directly at sso@sap.com. They are responsible for the logon process for all SAP sites, including Two-Factor(MFA) issues.
To address the MFA issues with Cloud Portal (Portal.commerce.ondemand.com) on the specific IAS tenant (ycloud.accounts.ondemand.com), please submit a support case under the component CEC-HCS-REQ. Kindly ensure that the problem description includes the affected user.
