Hello experts
I am trying to report to SAP and incident. However, the support portal does not allow me to select the SAP system where I am having the incident
In the screen below I am creating the incident. I type the description. Then in the field "SYSTEM or SISTEMA" I click on the search option
The Portal shows me the screen below with all my SAP systems, however, there is not way to indicate which system I am having the incident. there is no option for selection and therefore I cannot fill in the SYSTEM or SISTEMA field
I would appreciate your help

Based on the screenshot, I can confirm that you have been assigned the super administrator role. As a result, you should have the ability to report cases for all active on-premises systems.
If the system in question is a Cloud System, S-users must be granted the Display Cloud Data authorization on the cloud installation number, along with the standard case authorizations, in order to raise cases for a cloud system.

If you are still unable to raise cases for a specific cloud system, kindly refer to KBA 2757630 - Cloud tenant is missing / cannot create support case due to missing system - SAP for Me.
