Search for old OSS raised in SMP

Hi Expert

Is there a way to search for an old OSS that I have raised earlier but not in the inbox.

I need an OSS message that I have raised 3-4 months back and not been closed but it id not showing in the inbox, is there any way to get that old message.

Please let me know.

Im moving this to Support as its not a "Technical Issue"

Go to your SMP inbox  -> Search for: Customer Messages -> GO.

Then simply enter your search criteria or just * to list them all.
