Hello,
My original SAP S user ID is expiring in Feb'25, I got notified in Dec'24 in the login pop up window and I requested the extension. Please note that I completed quite a few free training and I have a SAP Learning Hub license assigned to my original SAP S user id.
Last week a new SAP S user entry showed up in the list - I currently see two SAP S IDs for my name, surname, against the same email and password.
As of now I can log in with either of the two (as the original one will expire in mid Feb'25) BUT against the new SAP S ID I had to set up all the filters in SAP for Me + there's no visibility on the completed free training + (most importantly) the link to SAP Learning HUB is lost (I do not want to pay for another license code!).
In SAP for Me, I searched for my name, surname and both SAP S user IDs but the original one is no longer visible (S002517xxxx) - I see only the last one (S002519xxxx)!
FYI this is how it looks like when I login
And this is what I see in SAP Universal account ID page (S002517xxxx cannot be extended as it is no longer visible in SAP for Me despite is tagged as "AWAITING EXTENSION")
Can anyone help me in merging the two S Users into one and retain SAP for Me filters + historical free training completion + (most importantly) Learning Hub license.

Please contact our Customer Interaction Center.
Usually when access to an S-user ID is lost, all connected content and linked accounts are also lost, but perhaps they can help you recover access.
