I have problem linking external email to SAP universal id. Email is verified but no link button appears.
Request clarification before answering.

The most likely reason is that there is no active S-user ID or P-user ID associated with the external email you used to link to SAP Universal ID.
To link additional users to an SAP Universal ID, the email address must already be associated with an active S-user or P-user account. Otherwise, the "Link" button will not appear as outlined in
KBA 3482419 - No link button available to link an additional email to the SAP Universal ID (UID)
Please make sure the email address is already associated with an active S-user or P-user account.
Note: Technical Communication Users (S-user IDs) do not apply to SAP Universal ID and should not be linked.
If the email address to be linked is indeed associated with an active S-user or P-user account, please submit a case under component XX-SER-UID for further investigation.
