SAP ONE Support Launchpad currently - not a hot topic?

I thought that the SAP ONE Support Launchpad currently is a hot topic (as from April 20th on it will be the only way to open Issues with sap etc.), but my blog so far didn't get any reaction at all.

Same is true for my comment on

Why do you think is this the case?

Should I maybe re-post my issues as a discussion?

Hi Joachim,

You're very right - the Launchpad IS a hot topic, especially with the upcoming switchover date.  I think we'll see even more excitement and activity following the April 20 date, as people begin to engage with the Launchpad without the option to go back to the old, familiar ways of engaging with SAP Support online. 

I'm very glad to see your commentary and I'm making sure it gets into the right hands.
