"SAP for Me" - Knowledge search result listing is in German

When I am in me.sap.com; and perform a Knowledge Search for SAP Notes; the results are return in German only. Any idea why (see screen print)? This seems to start happening a few weeks back

Here's additional observation:

a) I have attempted to change the Profile Language settings to "English" & Back & reboot etc ; but it has NOT affect.

b) If I filter the resource and select other type of resources such as "SAP help", "SAP Community Question", "SAP Community Blog" etc; it will return the result in English. Only the "SAP Notes" result is in German.

c) I have try to Search for SAP Note that I know English version existed; it still does the same thing

For me it's exactly the other way round, did you ever manage to resolve your issue?

I have attempted to replicate the problem you are facing, but I was unable to reproduce the issue.
If you are still encountering this problem, I suggest creating a case under the component XX-SER-FORME.
