Hello, I created an S User (S002xxx) so that the user has access to PAM (Product Availability Matrix). What authorizations do I need to release for him to have access?

Ideally, you should have access of PAM by default, but if you are facing an access issue, you can probably raise a ticket with the component  XX-SER-PAM:
