Points not adding up even though questions are marked correct and helpful.

Dear SCN Support,

I am facing a strange problem. Earlier I was having 721 life time points , but today morning I see that the points are reduced to 711. Moreover I just saw that yesterday one question one of my reply was marked helpful and other was marked as correct so I should have gained 15 more points in total.

However there is no change . Please help .

I am also facing the same problem. Points are reduced. They are not adding up also for helpful

answers, likes or ratings......

There is some issue going on SCN. Our SCN IT team is working on it. Will be fine very soon..
